Better Group Work with Group Study Rooms

Group Study Rooms in Falk Library are provided as multi-functional study spaces for students in the schools of the health sciences. These newly renovated rooms are equipped with spacious tables, whiteboards, and large screens. Groups of up to 10 people can reserve the rooms for up to four hours at a time using the online booking website. You can place a reservation up to seven days in advance, and rooms do fill up quickly during peak study times.

The technology in each Group Study Room is designed to be used effortlessly and function with a variety of devices. Using the large screen enables better group work, with a bigger, better view of the programs on your laptop. Wireless connection is provided via AirMedia. Follow the instructions on the screen and after a one-time installation, you can mirror your laptop to the screen. Alternatively, you can plug in using the HDMI cable.

The Main Desk at Falk Library is a one-stop shop for picking up your Group Study Room key, asking questions about reserving the rooms, or borrowing any devices or accessories you may need while using the room. Stop by Falk Library or contact us via Ask a Librarian.
