Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious? Did you know that journaling, writing down your feelings and thoughts, can help bring relief? Come to the new Falk Library Classroom on Wednesday, May 10, at noon for a Journaling for Well-Being Workshop.
Presenters from the University Counseling Center will talk about how you can write away some of your internal tensions and fears. Writing instructors will share special writing tips to help you get started. You’ll have time to ask questions and do some journaling of your own – if you’d like.
Give some time and attention to your personal well-being by attending this workshop. Journals and light refreshments will be provided. The workshop is open to the first 40 registered attendees, so reserve your spot today.
The workshop is presented in collaboration with the University Counseling Center and hosted by the University of Pittsburgh’s Senate Library Committee with special funding from the Year of Emotional Well-Being Steering Committee.
