Registration is open for a virtual Introduction to Neuroimaging Analysis in Python workshop on October 5th & 6th!

This workshop from the Carpentries Incubator is a hand-on coding workshop that will cover introductory topics including:

  • Reading NIfTI files with Python
  • Data organization with BIDS
  • Exploring Preprocessed fMRI Data from fMRIPREP
  • Image Manipulation using Nilearn
  • Integrating Functional Data
  • Cleaning Confounders in your Data with Nilearn
  • Applying Parcellations to Resting State Data
  • Functional Connectivity Analysis

This virtual workshop is designed for researchers with a basic familiarity with Python.
