Registration is open for a virtual Introduction to Neuroimaging Analysis in Python workshop on October 5th & 6th!
This workshop from the Carpentries Incubator is a hand-on coding workshop that will cover introductory topics including:
- Reading NIfTI files with Python
- Data organization with BIDS
- Exploring Preprocessed fMRI Data from fMRIPREP
- Image Manipulation using Nilearn
- Integrating Functional Data
- Cleaning Confounders in your Data with Nilearn
- Applying Parcellations to Resting State Data
- Functional Connectivity Analysis
This virtual workshop is designed for researchers with a basic familiarity with Python.
