This hands-on workshop introduces powerful and intuitive gene-expression data visualization tools embedded in the HSLS-licensed Partek Flow software. Learn how to generate publication quality graphics such as PCA, feature distribution and sample correlation plots, Volcano plots, Dot plots, scatter plots, Hierarchical clustering, and t-SNE.
