This hands-on workshop provides an introduction to chromatin profile analysis (Transcription Factor ChIP-Seq/ Histone ChIp-Seq/ATAC-Seq) using the library-licensed CLC Genomics Workbench. Learn how to (1) import NGS reads from an NCBI GEO dataset (GSE63716, GSE95339), (2) map the reads to a reference genome, (3) call peaks, and (4) visualize the results.
