This hands-on workshop will provide an introduction to chromatin profile (ATAC-seq/ChIP-seq) analysis using the library-licensed CLC Genomics Workbench. Participants will learn how to (1) import NGS reads from an NCBI GEO dataset (GSE95339), (2) map the reads to a reference genome, (3) call peaks, and (4) visualize the results.
