Join the HSLS Data Management Group and Molecular Biology Information Service to watch an NCBI webinar that will guide you through the process of submitting sequence data to NCBI BioSample. This webinar will show you how to describe samples and sources, and share tips on making submission to BioSample easier.
After the webinar we will briefly demo an online tool (DMPTool) to help you create a data management plan that includes the template “NIH-GDS: Genomic Data Sharing,” written specifically for the new NIH Genomic Data Sharing Policy (GDS) and includes suggested responses and guidance from Pitt’s IRB and Office of Research (OOR) in one location.
