This workshop will introduce a variety of sequence analysis databases and tools, including NCBI BLAST, NCBI PSI-BLAST, Blink, MPsrch, ScanPS, UCSC BLAT. Topics covered are sequence homology, percent identity, and domain architecture.
This class is approved for AMA Category 2 CME credit.
