The Department of Human Genetics in conjunction with the Center for Simulation and Modeling and the Health Sciences Library System are offering a set of workshops on “Analysis of Next Generation Sequencing Data” covering a range of topics and NGS techniques, and offering hands-on training in the use of HPC resources on campus.

Registration for the 2013 workshops are now open, and will continue until 1 week prior to the start of the workshop or the capacity of the room is met.
