Register for Advanced Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis using Partek Flow

This is the 3rd workshop of our three-part workshop series “Mastering Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis with Partek flow” that will provide in-depth exploration of spatial transcriptomic technologies and their applications. Leveraging Partek Flow software, this series covers the entire workflow, from data import, preprocessing to results interpretation and visualization.

Workshop 3: Advanced Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis using Partek Flow delve into spatial transcriptomic data integration with multiple data types such as single cell RNASeq using Partek Flow for comprehensive insights.

Target Audience: Experimental biologists seeking to analyze spatial transcriptomic data generated through experiments or retrieved from public databases. The software covered in the workshop operates through a user-friendly, point-and-click graphical user interface, so no programming experience is required.
Upon completing this class, you should be able to:
  • Import and preprocess spatial transcriptomic count data into Partek flow
  • Perform advanced spatial transcriptomic data analysis and visualization
  • Integrate spatial transcriptomics data with other omics data types such as single cell transcriptomic data and analyze
Level: Novice
Prerequisites: Optional but recommended: Watch the previous workshop recording (available on our Class Materials page)
Recording status: This class will be recorded and shared with attendees.
Class Materials: Class materials will be shared with attendees.
