This is the 1st workshop of our three-part workshop series “Mastering Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis with Partek flow” that will provide in-depth exploration of spatial transcriptomic technologies and their applications. Leveraging Partek Flow software, this series covers the entire workflow, from data import, preprocessing to results interpretation and visualization.

Workshop 1: “Introduction to Spatial Transcriptomics technologies and Partek Flow” delve into the fundamentals of spatial transcriptomics technologies and Partek Flow software, covering data analysis from raw data to spatial count data generation using 10x Cloud and Partek flow.

Target Audience: Experimental biologists seeking to analyze spatial transcriptomic data generated through experiments or retrieved from public databases. The software covered in the workshop operates through a user-friendly, point-and-click graphical user interface, so no programming experience is required.
Upon completing this class, you should be able to:
  • Describe the spatial transcriptomics technologies and data analysis pipelines
  • Use Partek Flow software for analyzing and visualize spatial transcriptomics data
  • Perform spatial transcriptomic data analysis from raw data in 10x Cloud platform and Partek flow and generate spatial count matrix
