Register for Basic Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis using Partek Flow
This is the 2nd workshop of our three-part workshop series “Mastering Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis with Partek flow” that will provide in-depth exploration of spatial transcriptomic technologies and their applications. Leveraging Partek Flow software, this series covers the entire workflow, from data import, preprocessing to results interpretation and visualization.
Workshop 2: Basic Spatial Transcriptomic Analysis using Partek Flow delve into basic spatial transcriptomics analysis using Partek Flow and also data analysis workflows and visualization.
Target Audience: Experimental biologists seeking to analyze spatial transcriptomic data generated through experiments or retrieved from public databases. The software covered in the workshop operates through a user-friendly, point-and-click graphical user interface, so no programming experience is required.
Upon completing this class, you should be able to:
- Import and preprocess spatial count matrix data
- Perform quality control and filtering of cells and genes
- Conduct data normalization and dimensionality reduction and clustering analysis
- Perform spatial analysis and visualization
Level: Novice
Prerequisites: Optional but recommended: Watch the previous workshop recording (available on our Class Materials page)
Recording status: This class will be recorded and shared with attendees.
Class Materials: Class materials will be shared with attendees.
