CMU Libraries is hosting a hands-on Genomics Data Carpentries Workshop (using content developed by the Data Carpentry), with a pilot add-on module on UK Biobank. If you are interested in learning how to access, use and analyze publicly available genomics data using command line and cloud computing, come join us! Previous knowledge on genomics is helpful but not required.
Note that this is a 3-day workshop (4 hours each day). Because we have limited capacity, register only if you are able to attend all three days. Register with your CMU or Pitt email address to be moved up from wait list to attendee list.
