(1) A new resource!
Check out Key Pathway Advisor (KPA), a workflow tool that uses MetaCore content to:
- Simplify ‘omics data analysis
- Perform causal reasoning network analysis and apply a comprehensive pathway analysis workflow
- Enable gene expression and gene variant data integration
- Generate interactive structured reports for further analysis or sharing
(2) A new name!
NextBio Research is now known as BaseSpace Correlation Engine. It has all the same functionality as previously, it’s just a new super awkward name.
