Powerful and Complete Solution for your NGS & Microarray Data Analysis!
Partek will be hosting a two day Seminar/Workshop with HSLS MolBio in Falk Library–Classroom 2 on April 18 & 19, using their Start-to-Finish Next Generation Sequencing and Microarray data analysis software.

The sessions will be led by Dr. Jean Jasinski, Field Application Scientist at Partek, Inc.

During this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Get started with NGS data analysis including: Alignment, QA/QC, Downstream Analysis, etc.
  • Overcome common analysis challenges for NGS and Microarray data analysis
  • Gain hands-on practice with their software solution using your own data

Please note: registration is required due to limited space. To register or for more information about the workshop, please email Dr. Carrie Iwema @ iwema@pitt.edu.
