Renae Barger was appointed Associate Vice Chancellor for the Health Sciences Library System. Since 2017, Renae served as HSLS Associate Director of Research, Instruction, and Clinical Information Services and was the Program Lead of the Network of the National Library of Medicine, Middle Atlantic Region. Helenmary Sheridan, Data Services Librarian, was appointed to the RDAP (Research Data Access & Preservation) Education and Resources Committee for a one-year term, starting in July 2021.

Presentations
Helenmary Sheridan, Data Services Librarian, presented a lightning talk at the Data Curation Network’s All-Hands Meeting on June 24. The lightning talk was based on the Neuroimaging DICOM and NIfTI Data Curation Primer she co-authored with the DCN.
Helena VonVille, Research and Instruction Librarian, virtually presented “Overview of the Systematic Review Process” to the Veterans Affairs Quality Scholars (VAQS) on May 21, 2021; over 80 scholars participated in the presentation. The VA Quality Scholars program consists of 11 sites across the United States, as well as an affiliate site in Toronto, Canada.
