Identify protein interaction partners? Browse a region of the human genome? Create a multiple sequence alignment plot? Learn about impact factors? No need to worry, we\u2019re here to help with a resource that enables you learn at your convenience, whether you\u2019re in the lab, at home, or out and about.<\/p>\n<p>The videos are currently organized into five categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\/videos?c=4\">Gene Regulation<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\/videos?c=3\">Gene\/Protein Information<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\/videos?c=2\">Genome Biology<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\/videos?c=1\">Literature Informatics<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\/videos?c=5\">Sequence Manipulation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Examples of specific topics include: \u201cIdentify microRNA target genes\u201d, \u201cFind homologous sequences\u201d, \u201cUCSC Table Browser\u201d, \u201cPubMed Clinical Queries\u201d, and \u201cImport a DNA sequence into Vector NTI\u201d. The video instructor is identified at the top of each page, and users may search for videos of interest by keyword. The videos range in duration from less than 2 minutes to nearly 23 minutes. At the bottom of individual video pages are links to all resources mentioned in each video as well as related videos.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the HSLS MolBio Videos is found on the HSLS MolBio <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\">home page<\/a> or directly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsls.pitt.edu\/molbio\/videos\">here<\/a>.
