Upon completion participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>install R Studio<\/li>\n<li>identify components of R interface<\/li>\n<li>perform simple calculations in R<\/li>\n<li>identify and compare data types in R<\/li>\n<li>use existing functions in R<\/li>\n<li>write simple functions in R<\/li>\n<li>load external packages in R<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dea20d\">Hands-On Follow Up:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One week after this class we will host a follow up session (<strong>11\u00a0am &#8211; 12:30 pm<\/strong>) to review the hands-on exercise questions distributed during the workshop. Registration is not required for the hands-on follow up session. To attend, use the same Zoom link you received upon registration for the original workshop.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dea20d\">Target Audience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Novice R users or anyone seeking to learn how to use R for data analysis and graphics.
