Workbench.  <\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn how to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>import reads from an NCBI GEO dataset (GSE33294)<\/li>\n<li>align RNA-Seq data to a reference genome<\/li>\n<li>calculate known genes and transcript expressions<\/li>\n<li>perform differential expression analysis<\/li>\n<li>discover fusion genes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
