The Human Gene Mutation Database (HGMD) Professional 2025.4 is available from QIAGEN, adding 14,517 new mutation entries to the world’s largest collection of data on germline mutations in nuclear genes underlying or associated with human inherited disease.

  • 570,361 expert‑curated mutations now included
  • Over 14,500 new mutations added (and still growing)
