Register for scRNA-Seq Data Analysis using PartekFlow
This workshop teaches ScRNA-Seq data analysis using the HSLS licensed PartekFlow software. Upon registration, you will receive links to workshop materials (PowerPoint slides, lecture videos, and practice exercises) that you can view on your schedule.
The Center for Research Computing’s multi-day hands-on workshops give researchers the research, open-sourced tools to plan and execute successful bioinformatics and genomics experiments. These workshops, taught by experienced Bioinformatics core faculty, cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of a wide range of NGS data, using the HTC cluster.
Users of R and RStudio are invited to bring their questions to this weekly, in-person office hour. Tutoring-style assistance is offered. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll help you look for it! Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome.
