Wednesday, May 31, 2023, 1-3 p.m., online
In this class, you will learn how to analyze scRNA-Seq data using the user-friendly Partek Flow software. The class will cover a range of topics, from data import to cell population identification and differential gene expression analysis.
Wednesday, June 7, 1-3 p.m., online
In this engaging class, you will learn how to analyze differentially expressed genes (DEG) associated with genome-scale experiments, such as RNA-Seq gene expression studies, and gain mechanistic insights using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis and Correlation Engine software.
The annual All of Us Research Scholar Program offers student researchers, known as research scholars, the opportunity to work with mentors on a research project that uses the All of Us Data Browser or Researcher Workbench. The 2024 Research Scholar Program will run from September 2023 through March 2024.
Have data to submit? NCBI would love to hear from you on this short survey to help us understand your data submission needs. NCBI would appreciate the feedback even if you don’t currently submit to NCBI, and we’d appreciate you forwarding to any colleagues who might be generating sequence data.
Tuesday, May 9, 1-2 p.m., online
