The Department of Human Genetics in conjunction with the Center for Simulation and Modeling and the Health Sciences Library System are offering a set of workshops on “Analysis of Next Generation Sequencing Data” covering a range of topics and NGS techniques, and offering hands-on training in the use of HPC resources on campus.
