This workshop will introduce a variety of bioinformatics software covering gene expression, protein-protein interactions, and biological pathway analysis. Major emphasis will be given to BioGRID, STRING, NextBio, NIH DAVID, and Ingenuity IPA.
This class is approved for AMA Category 2 CME credit.
