This workshop will cover emerging bioinformatics resources available for cancer research. Special emphasis will be given to various cancer genome projects, including TCGA and ICGC, databases for cancer genes, somatic mutations, and bioinformatics tools such as NextBio and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis.
This class is approved for AMA Category 2 CME credit.
